How do I get a quote before sending anything?

Use the place-order form to see itemised pricing instantly, or contact us with what you have and we will send a quote the same business day. Bulk pricing applies automatically on 50+ items.

What postage method should I use?

Standard parcel post is fine for most orders. Use Express Post or Registered Post for high-value scissors or knife rolls where tracking matters. Always use a rigid box rather than a soft mailer for sharp items.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

We cannot insure items in transit on the way to us, so use a tracked service for anything valuable. On the return leg we post via Express Post with tracking, included free on orders over $100. Compensation for lost mail is between you and Australia Post.

Do you accept international orders?

We currently service Australia only. International postage adds significant cost and time, and customs requirements for sharp items vary by country. For best value, we recommend sticking to local sharpeners if you are outside Australia.

Payment is due before items are returned. We accept bank transfer and card payments. An invoice is sent once your items are sharpened and ready to post back, with payment links included.
