A dull hedge trimmer doesn't cut — it bruises. The leaves tear, brown out and look ragged for weeks. The blade also runs hotter, the engine works harder, and the cutter bar bends out of true.
We grind each tooth on a precision angled grinder, hold the original 30° cutter geometry, then re-pair the top and bottom blade so they meet cleanly across the full length. Bent cutter bars are straightened where possible.
