Every tooth individually ground on a precision saw-tooth grinder.
A new mid-range 254mm TCT blade is $80–$150. Sharpening that same blade for $32–$38 restores it to clean-cut performance — and most blades can be sharpened five to eight times before the carbide is too thin to grind.
Top and face angles, hook, gullet depth and side-clearance are all preserved. We don't change the tooth count or grind profile — a 60-tooth ATB blade comes back as a 60-tooth ATB blade.
- Top, face and hook angles preserved
- Carbide tips sharpened, not replaced
- Cheaper than buying new — every time
